Care shouldn't come apart at the seams.

In October 2023, after my mother Malinda's second hospitalization for diabetic ketoacidosis, I moved her from Kentucky to Atlanta to live with me. She was managing diabetes and several other chronic conditions. I had no health history, a house under renovation, and a care team of five specialists, two therapists and a primary care doctor who didn't talk to each other. She needed home health aides seven days a week.

I kept it all together with calendars, sticky notes and text threads. What I needed was one place where everything came together.

My mother passed away in April 2025. Stitched.Care is the tool I wish we'd had. It brings families, caregivers, doctors, therapists and care homes together around one care plan, so no one has to hold it all alone.
